Preparing for your CRL Imaging Outpatient Visit
Thank you for choosing CRL Imaging for your outpatient test or procedure. Please review the following information prior to your visit.

convenient at the door parking, fast check-in and a comfortable, calming environment.
CRL Imaging accepts most major health plans. Please check with your health insurance carrier for final determination regarding specific covered services. We are committed to working with your physician, insurance provider and employer to provide you full access to our healthcare services.
Physician Referral
Most outpatient procedures require an order from your physician. For more information contact us so that we may help facilitate this process.
Before Your Appointment
Some procedures or tests require that you have an empty stomach. Therefore, you may be asked not to eat or drink anything after midnight, including water, gum and candy. Please verify this with your physician prior to your visit or click on the exam/test you are having to find out about the specific preparations that are required.
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will need to fill out a questionnaire and be interviewed before your examination.
Wear loose fitting clothes. You may be asked to wear a patient gown to avoid possible interference from metal pieces in your clothing.
We try our best to perform your exam at your scheduled time or earlier. Please give us at least a 24 hour notice if you plan to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
