Preparing for your CRL VeinClinic Visit
Thank you for choosing the CRL VeinClinic for your outpatient test or procedure. Please review the following information prior to your visit.
Our caring staff and dedicated professional radiologists are here to take care of you. All of our facilities provide convenient at the door parking, fast check-in and a comfortable, calming environment.
The CRL VeinClinic accepts most major health plans. Please check with your health insurance carrier for final determination regarding specific covered services. We are committed to working with your physician, insurance provider and employer to provide you full access to our healthcare services.
Physician Referrals
CRL VeinClinic procedures do not require a referral from your physician. You may contact us directly to schedule your consultation and/or procedure.
Before Your Appointment
Some CRL VeinClinic procedures require preparation on your part prior to your appointment. For details, please click on the procedure you are having to find out about the specific preparations that are required.
Please arrive 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. You will need to fill out a questionnaire and be interviewed before your examination.
Wear loose fitting clothes. You may be asked to wear a patient gown during your procedure.
We try our best to perform your procedure at your scheduled time or earlier. Please give us at least a 24 hour notice if you plan to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
