Special Thanks to CRL Imaging Southdale Staff
I just wanted to compliment your front desk staff and technologists on their wonderful customer service. I was in yesterday for a routine mammogram and then remembered that I was also needing to schedule a carotid ultrasound at some point that I hadn’t thought to coordinate in advance. The front desk people went out of their way to get it done shortly after my other test saving me a separate trip. I am a physician myself and I really appreciated your staff figuring out how to get something done rather than figuring out why something couldn’t get done. Everyone was very nice and friendly too. Thanks again.

Patient Applauds CRLs Neurointerventional Radiologist Team
I am Susans’ niece, Shannon. I traveled with Susie to Abbott Northwestern Hospital for her aneurysm coiling on Dec 21. It was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had and I am so grateful for your team. Susie’s sister was my mother Sonia. She died in 1987 of a second cerebral aneurysm. It was the saddest event of my life and has had a big impact on the entire family. The loss of 2 more of Susie’s brothers, most likely aneurysm along with Susie’s experience has been hard for us.
But to be able to change the life of Susie’s family by a procedure that took just a day is nothing short of a miracle. She seems fully intact with barely a headache. The education provided by Ruth Anderson, CNP, Dr. Tubman and Dr. Delgado was first class. I only wish some of this information would have been available when my mother was alive. The information provided was not only useful to Susie but to all of us. Many of us are now working to have MRI’s to see if there is more aneurysm risk.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of your team. You have changed our lives and we are grateful.
Happy New Year…2012 promises to be a good one.

CRL Gives Back
Each year the staff of Consulting Radiologists, Ltd. put forth a collective effort to help a worthy cause around the holidays. This year CRL Staff “adopted” a local safe shelter for women and children who are victimized by domestic violence. Often times these women and children leave their homes in a minute’s notice with nothing to call their own except for the clothes on their back.
In just 30 days, staff at Consulting Radiologists, Ltd. became little elves and set out to fulfill the Sojourner Project holiday wish list. By months end, we had collected an overwhelming 224 gifts, over a dozen gift cards and bus passes, a housewarming basket and many cell phones and accessories!
The gifts are now displayed in the “Holiday Boutique,” which allows the residents and community clients to choose gifts for their family members for the holidays. The Sojourner Project employees open their doors and welcome back anyone who has resided there in the last year to come and choose a gift as well.
A special thanks to The Sojourner Project for allowing Consulting Radiologists, Ltd. to give back to the community in such a grand manner. It is our hope to continue this relationship for many years to come. Thank you to all the employees again for making this a great success and Happy Holidays to everyone!
Sojourner’s Mission is to provide safe shelter for women and children as well as advocacy and education for individuals and communities victimized by domestic violence. For more information on the Sojourner Project visit www.sojournerproject.com.
