Molly stated, “that if she had gone elsewhere, her experience may have been awful. The comfort and care she received from the staff and Dr. Veldman made me feel well taken care of.”

Special Thanks to CRL Imaging Southdale Staff
I just wanted to compliment your front desk staff and technologists on their wonderful customer service. I was in yesterday for a routine mammogram and then remembered that I was also needing to schedule a carotid ultrasound at some point that I hadn’t thought to coordinate in advance. The front desk people went out of their way to get it done shortly after my other test saving me a separate trip. I am a physician myself and I really appreciated your staff figuring out how to get something done rather than figuring out why something couldn’t get done. Everyone was very nice and friendly too. Thanks again.
