Referring a Patient
If you are interested in referring a patient to the Interventional Neuroradiology practice, there are several ways to contact us:

When faxing or mailing records, please let us know the best way to contact your office, or let us know if you would like us to contact the patient directly. If you want us to contact the patient directly, please include demographic information.
We do have access to many imaging locations via teleradiology, so mailing imaging is not always necessary. Please contact us at (612) 863-4808 for further information.
