Dr. Kyle Maurer, originally from Kansas City, MO, is a radiologist specializing in diagnostic radiology and body imaging. Dr. Maurer received his osteopathic medical degree from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He then moved to Connecticut for an internship at St. Mary’s Hospital and residency in diagnostic radiology at St. Vincent’s Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident for two years before completing his fellowship in thoracoabdominal radiology at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, MN.

When asked about his favorite part of being a radiologist, Dr. Maurer responded, “helping clinicians solve diagnostic problems.”

Outside of work, Dr. Maurer enjoys sharing his love of the outdoors with his wife and children. You can find him rowing, hiking, and partaking in long-distance adventures. To little surprise, Dr. Maurer’s second career choice would be professional adventuring.
