I wanted to reach out to you and let you know what a wonderful experience I had during a recent mammogram. This past Monday I was seen at the CRL Imaging Southdale in Edina. Janeen was absolutely delightful. Not often can you say you enjoyed a mammogram, but Janeen was so exceptional, it was indeed a pleasant experience. She was friendly and informative from the time she greeted me in the reception area until we parted. She was gentle, professional and even a little humorous. She is a gem!
I am Susan’s niece, Shannon. I traveled with Susie to Abbott Northwestern Hospital for her aneurysm coiling on Dec 21. It was one of the best medical experiences I have ever had and I am so grateful for your team. Susie’s sister was my mother Sonia. She died in 1987 of a second cerebral aneurysm. It was the saddest event of my life and has had a big impact on the entire family. The loss of 2 more of Susie’s brothers, most likely aneurysm along with Susie’s experience has been hard for us.
But to be able to change the life of Susie’s family by a procedure that took just a day is nothing short of a miracle. She seems fully intact with barely a headache. The education provided by Ruth Anderson, CNP, Dr. Tubman and Dr. Delgado was first class. I only wish some of this information would have been available when my mother was alive. The information provided was not only useful to Susie but to all of us. Many of us are now working to have MRI’s to see if there is more aneurysm risk.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of your team. You have changed our lives and we are grateful.
Happy New Year…2012 promises to be a good one.
I was in the Southdale clinic for my annual mammogram. Lauri S. did all the xrays for me that day and I just wanted to let you know how professional, pleasant and kind she was. She was caring and understanding of my recent history having had a biopsy last year. She left a lasting impression on me about how good it feels to be treated that well. I wanted you to know that she is outstanding in her position and seems to really care about the people she is taking care of.
Great job!
Just need to drop you all a line to thank you for everything. If you can please make sure to let the right people at Abbott know how nice everyone was to get me through my brain aneurysm surgeries. Thanks Sandee for all my calls you helped me with. Thank you to Dr. Delgado and nurse Ruth Anderson for getting me through my surgeries and giving me another chance at life. It’s a wonderful thing to have good people in the world to go to medical school to help people like me. The nurses and total staff were super though this whole ordeal. Thank you all again for getting me back to normal again. God bless you all.
A special thank you to Dr. Delgado, Neurointerventional Radiologist, Jill Scholz, RN, CNP and all the doctors and nurses.
“My heartfelt thanks to all the doctors and nurses who attended to my needs when I had my surgery the end of August for a brain aneurysm. The lord has blessed you with talents and compassionate hearts.”
Thank you,
Loren
Dr. Delgado,
Thank you to you and your staff including Ruth Anderson! I’m able to enjoy restored health, healing, my family and God for another Christmas! You’re still the best and always will be!
Respectfully,
Larry
Dear Ruth,
I would like to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to you and your staff during my traumatic stay at Abbott. I found everyone to be extremely pleasant, helpful and especially informative. I have been truly impressed by the entire hospital staff’s attitude. It made my circumstances a little less painful. Even after I was discharged and Gary, my husband, was admitted for a brain tumor surgery, staff members remembered me in the hallway by name. That is impressive. Thank you so much.
