Dr. Vishal Thumar is a board-certified radiologist specializing in neuroradiology. He completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the University of California San Diego, where he also completed residency training in Diagnostic Radiology. Dr. Thumar earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri in Kansas City, Missouri, and completed his internship at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, Pennsylvania.
Dr. Thumar’s clinical interests include a broad range of diagnostic radiology with particular expertise in neurologic imaging of the brain, spine, and head and neck. He is passionate about using advanced imaging to help physicians make informed treatment decisions and improve patient outcomes.
