With more than 20 years of experience in emergency medicine, Jerod brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, a collaborative approach to care, and a genuine passion for helping patients navigate their healthcare journeys. His dedication to delivering high-quality, compassionate care makes him a valuable addition to our organization.
Throughout his career, Jerod has focused on building meaningful connections with patients and their families. He believes that healthcare starts with listening and understanding each person’s unique needs. By creating an environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and heard, he strives to make every interaction a positive one. His patient-centered philosophy reflects his commitment to treating others with the same dignity and compassion he would want for himself and his loved ones.
Jerod’s path to medicine was inspired by his interests in both science and the humanities, along with a desire to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. He finds continual inspiration in the resilience and strength of his patients and considers it a privilege to support them through challenging moments. His approach combines clinical expertise with empathy, helping patients feel supported every step of the way.
Outside of work, Jerod enjoys taking advantage of Minnesota’s great outdoors. Whether hiking, fishing, or focusing on his own health and wellness goals, he values activities that help him stay active and recharged.
