After completing his medical degree at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO, Dr. Kayan honed his skills through a residency in diagnostic radiology and a fellowship in neuroradiology. His training culminated with an endovascular surgical fellowship at the renowned Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University School of Medicine.
Recognized for his impactful research, Dr. Kayan was honored with the Roentgen Research Award from the Radiological Society of North America in 2009 for outstanding radiologic research.
