Jillian Karow, MD

Originally from Spring Lake Park, MN, Dr. Jillian Karow is a highly regarded diagnostic radiologist with a specialization in breast imaging. As the Medical Director of CRL Women’s Imaging and the leader of the Breast Imaging section at Consulting Radiologists, Ltd., Dr. Karow plays a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch healthcare services for her patients.

Dr. Karow’s academic journey led her to the University of Illinois-Chicago, where she earned her medical degree and completed her residency in diagnostic radiology. Subsequently, she pursued further specialization with a fellowship in breast imaging at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Madison, WI. This comprehensive training equipped her with the skills and knowledge to excel in her role as a dedicated breast imaging specialist.

Passionate about her profession, Dr. Karow finds immense satisfaction in the choice she made to pursue a career in diagnostic radiology, particularly women’s imaging. She views each patient encounter as an honor, recognizing the uniqueness of every individual’s story. Dr. Karow thrives in the collaborative environment of a multidisciplinary team, working tirelessly to ensure the best possible care for her patients.

Dr. Deborah Longley Breast Imaging - Consulting Radiologists

Deborah Longley, MD, FACR

Dr. Deborah Longley is a Board Certified radiologist with over 20 years of dedicated women’s imaging experience in the Twin Cities metro area.

After earning her medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY Dr. Longley moved to Pittsburgh, PA where she completed her internship and then her residency in Diagnostic Imaging at University Health Center of Pittsburgh. She then traveled to Minneapolis, MN where she completed her fellowship in Body Imaging at University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics.

When asked what she likes most about her job, Dr. Longley replied, “I enjoy many aspects of being a diagnostic radiologist and in particular women’s imaging. It’s rewarding to play a role in the early detection of breast cancer through reading screening mammograms and I find it fulfilling to be part of the team approach to diagnosis, staging and treating breast cancer.“

Outside of work, Dr. Longley enjoys outdoor activities such as paddle boarding and bird watching in warmer weather. She is passionate about traveling and enjoys learning about different cultures.

Dr. Trudi Parker Breast Imaging, Diagnostic Radiology

Trudi Parker, MD

For nearly two decades, Dr. Trudi Parker has supported patients at CRL Women’s Imaging through her extensive expertise in breast imaging and diagnostic radiology. She delivers clear guidance and thorough evaluations across both routine and complex breast imaging care.

Throughout her time with the CRL Women’s Imaging Breast Imaging team, Dr. Parker has built a strong reputation for identifying subtle, early‑stage breast abnormalities and guiding timely next steps in care. Her expertise in interpreting screening mammograms, diagnostic imaging, and breast‑focused modalities enables her to detect nuanced findings that support accurate and effective follow‑up. She works closely with both patients and referring providers to ensure precise evaluations, clear communication, and coordinated care, supporting a streamlined and well‑informed diagnostic process.

When asked what she likes most about her work, Dr. Parker shared, “Knowing that I can make a difference, whether to reassure an anxious patient and make them feel better or to diagnose and help a patient get the treatment they need.”

With her blend of technical proficiency, collaborative approach, and deep experience in breast imaging, Dr. Parker plays an essential role in helping patients navigate the important steps of breast health with confidence and clarity.

 

Jeannette Spilde, MD.

Jeannette Spilde, MD

Dr. Jeannette Spilde is a fellowship-trained breast imaging radiologist with over 20 years of experience in women’s imaging and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care to her patients.

She completed a breast imaging fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, where she also contributed to full field digital mammography research.

Throughout her career, Dr. Spilde has embraced a practice philosophy centered on integrating her imaging expertise with each patient’s concerns, clinical history, family history, and breast exam findings. She collaborates closely with referring providers and patients to ensure personalized, well coordinated care.

Dr. Spilde is committed to alleviating patient concerns through attentive listening, thorough evaluations, and clear, educational guidance—helping individuals feel informed and supported throughout their breast imaging experience.
