Dr. Kiet Vo is a diagnostic radiologist with advanced training in emergency radiology, breast imaging, and body imaging. His clinical focus is on delivering timely, accurate interpretations in high‑acuity settings, where imaging plays a critical role in guiding urgent medical and surgical decisions.
Dr. Vo earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. He completed a preliminary surgery internship at Virginia Mason Medical Center, followed by a diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Washington, where he also completed a Mini‑Body Fellowship. His subspecialty training includes a Fellowship in Breast Imaging at Fred Hutch Cancer Center/University of Washington School of Medicine and a Mini‑Fellowship in Emergency Radiology.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Vo is deeply committed to medical education. He serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at both the University of Washington School of Medicine and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where he enjoys teaching and mentoring future physicians.
Dr. Vo’s clinical interests include emergency and trauma imaging, high‑acuity diagnostic radiology, improving diagnostic accuracy and efficiency, and promoting appropriate imaging utilization while maintaining high‑quality care. He values close collaboration with emergency medicine and surgical teams and appreciates the immediate, meaningful impact radiology can have on patient outcomes. He also enjoys staying current in a rapidly evolving field and applying the latest knowledge to clinical practice.
Outside of work, Dr. Vo enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, staying active, and exploring the outdoors. His hobbies include playing and watching sports, trying new restaurants, and working on home renovation projects. He also has a particular appreciation for classic cars and enjoys gardening—proudly sticking with it over the years as he continues to learn through both successes and early missteps.
Dr. Vo is most proud of his family and is passionate about raising his children to become thoughtful, curious, and resilient individuals. Being actively involved in their lives is deeply rewarding and helps keep him grounded.
His personal health goal is to remain active and well by maintaining a balanced approach to regular exercise, enjoyable and nutritious food, and adequate rest.
