Sclerosing Injections
Sclerosing injections or sclerotherapy, is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat vascular malformations and hemangiomas by injecting a sclerosing agent that produces scarring. The scarring reduces blood flow and the problem area and therby reduces the size of the disorder.
